"Eight family members were excited to drive up to such a beautiful high mountain cabin that was so well appointed and comfortable inside. One vehicle fit inside the roomy garage that kept it snow free during some of the snow flurries. This cabin is a great choice for a family getaway, it’s close to the ski lodges and you can avoid staying at one of the condominiums in the area."

"This place was perfect for our family of 4. It was SO close to the ski resort- had plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. It had everything we needed to make family meals at the house and feel right at home! We would definitely book this place again. Also shout out to the snow plows - they kept the roads and driveway maintained during our entire stay and there was tons of snow each night!"

"The property was under construction. The room type we booked on expedia was different than what we were given and were told that we should be paying more.. based upon the room type we were in. Hotel almost moved us due to this expedia listing issue. But they were kind enough to let us stay in that room.Umm tip to hotel staff. don't make customers feel bad about someone elses error. The front desk staff were very nice, but the night crew were a little power hungry.. Nice but in a back handed...

"Great view of Giant Steps. Had all the basics. Garage door was broken and the living room furniture is in pretty bad shape but otherwise, it was a decent rental."

"Great location, well supplied unit. Hot tub and garage access a plus. HOWEVER: We arrived 3 hr *after* our published check in time to find that the unit had not been cleaned. Cleaning crew arrived apologetic, said that they'd been pulled from our location to clean for someone else who checked in "early". We waited while they cleaned. I texted 2 management numbers about the failure to clean in time for our arrival. I received one text response that night and another the next day. One promised...

"The sheets were not changed from the previous guests and the main floor bathroom was filthy including the shower having hair left in the drain. We could not get the internet to work. The TV did not work as it need the internet. The management company’s response was to keep restarting the internet (which never worked) and that they were sorry about the sheets and no response regarding the bathroom."
