"Nice place outside Lincoln - easy to find, good parking, nice surroundings. Place is clean and tidy, room decent size with good facilities. Only issue was shower over bath which was fine but would have preferred walk-in. Good eating options at the attached Pub."

Outside lights to the back of the property were still on around 1..30 pm which disturbed our sleep pattern a bit.
