"The hotel staff was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. No faults in it. The receptionists were lovely upon greeting and when I requested quite a few things from the reception (more coffee, extra towels etc) even when I had to talk to them again as they missed something they were really kind and eager to help. Upon checking out I left my belongings at the hotel, they kept it stored nicely near the reception desk and the lady was really nice when I retrieved them. Honestly the best experience in the hotel I’ve ever had. It was my second time staying there and i definitely will come back over and over. "

"Very happy stay centrally in Nottingham with wonderful massages with Clare. Would stay again. Parking with the 20% discount in the nearby car park was good though £8 a day adds up. The hotel staff were great, and the breakfast was very very good - recommend. The third chair-bed in our room - was not comfy - avoid but it saved us £450 over two rooms in 3 days, so worth that. "

"Clean room, great free parking and Wi-Fi. The staff member at reception was super friendly and welcoming and helpful. The room has cool facilities and the bar and lobby very cool - I had one problem as my room was outside a corridor door I heard it slamming throughout the night as guests walked past, also the walls were thin and I had a neighbour who I heard snore all night which kept me awake. "
