"Pinecrest was an ideal winter vacation spot for our family of 13. We came from various places in the US and all were delighted with the facilities to include cleanliness, comfort and location. It was quite magical as Tahoe Vista and surrounding areas had a major snow storm before we arrived - which made playing in the snow a blast! Although we did not ski this time we did visit Northstar Village for an afternoon of walking and sipping hot drinks! Very close by. The host was very kind and available to answer any questions that arrived. I would highly recommend this house for a large family. "

"Jim and Kathleen were wonderful hosts and made our stay truly enjoyable. They were very friendly, easy to reach by phone or text, and handled any questions or concerns right away.When my son mentioned that his attic room did not feel warm enough, Jim immediately took action and delivered a portable heater the very next day, which made a big difference in his comfort. Their kindness, responsiveness, and great attitude really stood out during our stay.The location is beautiful, with stunning views all around the house that made us feel like we were in a Winter Wonderland. Grocery shopping was also very convenient, with a Safeway in Kings Beach only about 7 minutes away, which made it easy to pick up anything we needed. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay at this house again. Thank you so much, Jim and Kathleen, for everything and for making our trip so memorable!"
