"Location is excellent, near Times Square and close to many restaurants and bars. The appartment itself was filthy and clearly not well maintained. There were stains all over the tub and the floors and some of the furnitures. There were filthy rugs underneath the bathroom sink and even the paper towels were dirty. I texted Peter about the condition of the appartment but he didn't answer. We cleaned the appartment ourselves."

"We had a great stay! Our host was excellent and very accommodating and made everything easy. Everything was incredibly clean and fresh, we had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for us, and even for 3 to stay with the sofa bed in the living room (which was also comfortable to sleep on). We stayed for several days and had no complaints. "This apartment was in a great spot right by Columbus Square. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go, and if not, it was a two minute walk from the subway. The air conditioning was especially helpful as we were there during a heat wave. The only thing I took one star off for was the sofa bed; it wasn’t really a bed more like an extended sofa, and the extension kept collapsing while we were on it, so obviously it wasn’t very sufficient. But overall great experience!"
