"Room was comfortable (twin beds) though windows needed cleaning and no longer open (screwed down), large TV ok with a very limited set of Astro Satellite channels. Small fridge but it did not have an ice box so you need to ring down to have ice sent up. Room service includes a scaled down version of the 4th floor restaurant menu. "Location right next to the riverfront, though no river views rooms available. Some staff were very helpful, some more apathetic. Price is reflective of what you get and amenities were adequate for a short stay. Beds in a twin room were large and fairly comfortable. Some towels were threadbare, others were fine. Breakfast is average. One factor we did not take into account was the loud road noise during the night. Thin glass windows meant the sound carried. Motorbikes and hotted up cars like...

"Room was clean and a good size. Sheets, towels provided. Reception staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful - and were excited for us to see the best of the city and surrounding area. Extremely convenient for many attractions of the city - right on the waterfront, and almost directly opposite the Assembly buildings. Chinatown is just behind - with many delicious options for food. Fantastic. "

"Everything was good but housekeeping needs improvement. Second day 19/12 house keeper didn’t replace face towels and tea. Then on 20/12 we left the room at about 1130 am. Came back at about 3 pm room was not cleaned. Had to wait in lobby to wait for it to be clean "

"The room is humid ， got mouldy n smelt bad, bedsheet has hair, the pillow inside mouldy , stained as well. The toilet was the same, the shower head dirty, black n mouldy, the door n the towels were, too. I asked to change the room, n yet it was better, but the shower head was dirty n black n mouldy, wow,, just want to escape from the place. The only star i can give is for the help to change a room,, not the worst one,but mouldy n dirty, too."
