"Everything was fine stay that stuff was great but what I didn't like is they charged me extra $10 because my car was on SUV.. which was not indicated in their web page or was I informed of such a thing when I checked in so it came as a surprise which I didn't appreciate other than that everything was fine"

"Nova hotel is a nice very friendly hotel located in the Bushwick / Williamsburg area of brooklyn. If you want something that's isolated and quiet perfect hotel. The staff there are very nice and pleasant and very friendly. The hotel is not too far from a little mini market, a coffee shop around the corner, a deli a pizzeria so you can never complain about food. Would love to see them upgrade their continental breakfast but overall for my weekend stay there I give it a 10 out of 10"

"Nice basic room, clean, spacious. I called ahead to add a guest to the reservation so they could check in, one hour later the same worker 'didn't have that in the notes ' because he never noted it. I found this very inconvenient, as I had just spoken to this worker and spelled my friend's name fwice for him. It was no problem once I contacted the hotel again, and they allowed checkin. The surrounding area is normal Flushing, which could surprise someone not ised to an urban setting. Lots of traffic, loitering, trash etc in the surrpunding area"
