"As advertised. The host was very responsive, working with me on an issue with the listing. Well furnished and equipped apartment with an upstairs deck overlooking nice backyard. Would definitely rent again especially if we come back with a larger group. The apartment can easily accommodate four adults."

"We were dismayed when we arrived and the place isn't as nice as the photos suggest (some nice furniture was gone). One of the beds had soiled sheets on it and was dirty on the floor around it. The property manager sent a cleaner over two days later, but that person who needed to stay in that bed had to find other accommodations. When we asked for the manager to cover the hotel costs for our one guest, they refused.There were other small issues with the house like the front door locks, kitchen...

The house is very close to a range of shops and places to eat on Fulton Street and the subway is 2 blocks away- 20 mins to downtown Manhattan. The house was clean and well maintained and Pamela had made sure that someone put the trash out and gave us us full instructions on the use of equipment etc. We were met at the house...
