"When we arrived our room had not been cleaned from the previous people. As there was no phone number to ring, I emailed and was asked to send photos. I did and sat and waited…..after an hour and a half with no cleaners arriving and no phone call, I had to find alternative accommodation for my three children and myself for the night. They assured me I would get a full refund. It’s been 4 days and still waiting…..not happy. "

"Staff were awesome, helpful and caring. Car Park was full and had to park away from the hotel was an issue with additional expense, yet I understand due to a RV show nearby. Breakfast was excellent and to offer that in the package is fantastic."
