"We were met with a dog odor on first entering the property.The odor dissipated during the week--via indoor air handler?!There were two bags of dog poop left on the porch.The bed was clean and comfortableThe yard was beautiful and inviting."

"The house is spacious and beautiful. It is right on the lake, which is fantastic, as it offers lovely views and a very peaceful setting. The house is well equipped and has several games and activities, both indoors and in the garden, which kept our children very entertained.One area for improvement would be the availability of a canoe/kayak or SUP to use on the lake. Given the relatively high rental price, we felt that having something like this included would have been a nice touch."

"Excellent location and fantastic property. Host were excellent- great personalities and communication. Property was as described and pictured, was a great time for our family reunion. Comfortably slept 10 adults, just a couple of privacy concerns if not related or extremely conservative (need to pass through another sleep area to use bathrooms on upper/lower floors. Great time!"

"The house was great. Spacious with ample room to spread out with large space for everyone to come together. The kitchen worked great for cooking family meals and gathering. The beds were very comfortable, couches and seating space was comfortable and abundant. We loved walking down to the public beach for fishing, relaxing , hunting for sea glass, and enjoying the view. Only things that left us yearning for more was the outdoor space. Landscaping around the house could use a refresh, open up the view to the lake from the house, and open up space at the lake for seating. There garage was not used due to a musty smell"

"The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you could possibly want. There was a great selection of games and outdoor activities, plus several places we could split into smaller groups or stay in one area. Everything was great!"

"The property was awesome and Chad was a prompt communicator and great host. The log cabin was a charming home base for our family as we explored the North Shore for the first time. We played a few of the cabin's many board games in between excursions to Two Harbors and Gooseberry State Park. All of the amenities were very comfortable. We had a lovely stay!"
