"This, clearly, is a beautiful place. The downside is there is no parking (free). You have to either pay hourly across the street or go up a block down an alley to park for $10 (you can enter and leave as often as you want during the 24-hour period.) My concern, and one I raised TWICE with management, was the lack of GFI's in the bathroom and kitchen (it should be code) and I had very little, if any, water pressure. I've inquired twice and have heard nothing back. I'm not sure if it was just my room (604) or if it is building wide. The toilets flush fine, so it doesn't make sense that the kitchen and bathroom faucets are low pressure. As I was brushing my teeth it literally got less and less. Again, gorgeous place and the price is right, but they need to address these issues. Duluth - do better."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is showing its age. time to do a refurbish. bathtub faucet tripped continuously. bathroom door hinges installed improperly so door did not close easily. lighting in the room was very poor with outdated CFL bulbs. Easily fixed but management apparently has chosen not to. Bed comfortable. heating/cooling unit worked well and was clean."

"The place was great! Right on Lake Superior. The kitchen was very big, stocked well for a large group. We enjoyed the space and location. We would definitely come back again."

"The lake view and short walk to the beach is amazing, especially for the price!! The home is comfortable yet very clean. There is so much to do inside and out, which means no bored teenagers! This amazing property was even better than described."
