"The staff is intelligent and helpful. However the pool temperature was cooler than expected and upon request the staff did not increase the temperature and the pool was not heated the duration of the stay to the disappointment of all hotel customers."

"The house was great. Spacious with ample room to spread out with large space for everyone to come together. The kitchen worked great for cooking family meals and gathering. The beds were very comfortable, couches and seating space was comfortable and abundant. We loved walking down to the public beach for fishing, relaxing , hunting for sea glass, and enjoying the view. Only things that left us yearning for more was the outdoor space. Landscaping around the house could use a refresh, open up the view to the lake from the house, and open up space at the lake for seating. There garage was not used due to a musty smell"

"We enjoyed our family weekend at the Hygge cabin. The kitchen is well stocked for large group cooking. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the expansive yard, ping pong table, and pickleball! The location is central to lakes, restaurants, and downtown Hayward. Jacob quickly responded when we had questions. Would book here again!"
