"had an amazing stay at the City Sleeper Inn in London—truly a 10/10 experience! The location is perfect. It’s right in the center of the city, making it incredibly convenient to visit major landmarks and get around. Everything was within walking distance, so we barely needed to take a taxi and were able to explore the city on foot, which I loved. It’s also very close to major train stations, which made traveling (even heading toward Paris) easy and stress-free. The hotel itself is cute, small, and quaint—exactly the kind of cozy vibe I enjoy. From the moment you walk into the lobby, it smells amazing and immediately feels welcoming. The staff truly made the experience stand out. Everyone was kind and accommodating, but Matteo in particular went above and beyond. Being from New York like me, he made us feel right at home and even surprised me with a bottle of wine for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was included daily, which was a great bonus and a convenient way to start each morning. I’m so glad we trusted our gut and chose to stay here. I have no complaints at all and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting London!"

"One of our two rooms didn’t have any area to section off our luggage. There was no way to access front desk via hotel telephone. This place felt like paying for a hotel experience and instead receiving a hostel experience. Yes, the hotel is very nicely designed but the basic room upkeep does not match. I should have someone coming to the room to make sure there’s soap in my bathroom when there was none for my time there, the trash wasn’t taken out so I would have to try and find a trash can in the lobby (there was one) to throw away simple things because no one came to empty out the can until my second to last day did I receive a cleaning service. "

"I loved the hotel. Room was decently-sized, with beautiful period details, and a very spacious bathroom. It felt like a refined boutique hotel, at a decent rate (though I booked 3 months in advance). Breakfast was fantastic (worth buying a rate that includes it), and the staff super helpful and friendly. Great location, very walkable, and close to lots of public transport. The internet was not super fast, but I was able to work and stream video without any issues. And the gym is just a small room with a treadmill and two bikes. Still, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone in London for business or pleasure."
