"The room/hotel was beautiful. Our room was amazing with exposed beam ceilings and exposed brick walls. The front desk staff was rather mid. Not terribly friendly, not terribly helpful but not rude or unhelpful either. The valet staff was pretty freaking awesome though. Unfortunately, because of the ceiling we could hear every single noise, footstep and cough from the room above us and constant noise in the alley way outside our room keeping us awake until late into the night. "
