"This was not a kid friendly hotel. From only spicy chips in the front desk market, to the understaffed front desk, to valet messing up at every turn, to my kids getting scolded for going up and down the escalator while I was sitting there watching them making sure they were being safe and not getting in anyone's way to the st Patrick's day menu for the only restaurant on site including in room dining. I would not be back at this hotel with my kids. Also, the double beds in the rooms were small and 3 towels were placed in our room for the 4 of us. "

"The staff was first rate! I'm over 6' and often these boutique hotels are not built for taller guests. This wasn't the case here. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. The shower was very nice as was the bathroom. Great location, also. Highly recommended!"

"Shower barely had water coming out. TV remote system sucked, couldn't figure out how to use it. Would be better if a continental breakfast was included. We paid $33.00 for breakfast at the Dockside restaurant which was overpriced and mediocre. "

"The sink in our room was clogged with throw up from the previous group. Not sure how the cleaning staff didn’t see that especially since we did a later than normal checkin…..no rush on our room. Additionally the barf made the roof stink which never seemed to clear."
