"One night a terrifying incident occurred during our stay here 3 weeks ago. My family and I were returning back to our room around 11 pm and we saw a young lady supposedly in her early 20s alone in the corridor. As soon we entered our room, within minutes the same lady (we could see her from inside) came by and started knocking hard on our door saying something in French. We couldn’t understand so we asked her if she could say that in English, but she couldn’t. We didn’t open the door instead...
