"Staff very polite clean room excellent breakfast and bar open 24 hours. No hairdryer in room had to ask which was given straight away unfortunately kept burning out."

"First time staying at a Holiday Inn Express and it was amazing! We stayed for the Ed Sheeran concert and upon arrival we were gifted a brown bag with water, biscuits & a Kit Kat, so thoughtful. The bar and food were great and reasonably priced. The room was big, clean and beds were very comfy. "

"We enjoyed a lovely quiet couple's getaway while we went to the Ed Sheeran concert in Ipswich. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The town centre is in walking distance and has some really nice and reasonably priced cafes. There is a short walk to a pebble beach and beautiful gardens. "
