What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a warm beautiful homey feeling. The patio is warm and earthy. The breakfast media lunas and dulces de leche were phenomenal. Clean and well kept with a super comfortable bed. Large rooms with plenty of closet space and great water pressure in the shower. Perfect boutique hotel with great restaurants and boutique shops. One of the best hip areas in Buenos Aires. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Argentina.

Still at ILUM as I write this review. It's been an amazing stay, filled with courteous & thoughtful service all the way from the front desk, to room staff, to breakfast coordinator, to general manager's personalized attention. The hotel has modern conveniences, super clean, spacious. The decor is modern elegant. We will definitely return!! Close to many attractions, awesome restaurants and bars - local music scene is very good with Jazz bars and folk music. Walking is so easy and very safe.

The staff was fabulous and the garden/pool area was beautiful. 10/10 will be back

Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. People at other hotels should stay here to find out how to better...

This apartment was clean and the hosts were super nice. The only con was we could hear the people in the bar downstairs late into the night. Everything else was great!

Exceptional hotel in Palermo area. Friendly and professional staff. Modern and beautiful room with a breath taking panoramic window. Wonderful breakfast. Safe and nice walkable area. I just love it!!!!

I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff Rafael. Checkin was seamless. He was very responsive, we had absolutely no problem. Everything was clean and organized, thankfully quiet at the time. The street was filled w people, walkable to laundarymat , bodega, minimarts and restaurants. Bus stop in front of the apartment. Water, coffee complimentary. Fully equiped kitchen. We were very happy and will stay again. Excelent service honestly.
