"True honesty: I've stayed in many hotels and this Hotel by far was the noisiest. Paper thick walls, you can hear every step and conversations around your room. The shower was moldy and in my case the shower did not even have a soap holder. I had to place the soap bar on top of the hanging shampoo bottles when showering. Floors are dirty and do not expect room service for at least three days. I don't know if this a new thing with hotels, (not providing room service every day). If you need toiletries you need to ask the front desk. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I like the fact that coffee was available 24 hours. The hotel is walking distance to many attractions at Niagara and the border crossing bridge. My room had a good A/C and the TV worked fine."
