"This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in Seoul. The room temperature was not controllable. It was too warm. The air conditioner could not be turned on for maintenance, so the only way to cool down was to open the windows. Unfortunately, an outside renovation was underway and making a lot of noise. These conditions should have been disclosed before or after reservations are made. The elevators were slow and crowded. The whole stay was terrible. The only saving grace was that the room had a view of KyungBokGung, Blue House, and Bukak mountain. "

"Hotel room was super spacious with great amenities and facilities, staff incredibly helpful and is a 5 minute walk from the metro station so super convinient to get around Seoul, breakfast in the morning also was great with a wide selection of choices, highly recommend the place!"
