"Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived. The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable. "We had a perfect stay with 1- and 4-year-old kids. Hotel, the rooms and spa are very nice. Not the newest ones, but still very good and clean. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The walk to the downtown baden baden is doable but lengthy. However, that didn't bother us and we hoped that could have stayed longer."
