"Great location, staff, breakfast, clean big room with good facility.
We had a power issue on 31Jan where it went off for about 3min and then came back on automatically. I reported to the front desk about half to 1 min into the blackout.
The important thing is how the staff managed after I reported which was excellent.
The problem was identified by technician within 5 to 10min and a new replacement room was found and we were transferred within 30min. Staff were curteous and helpful appologetic even though the fault was not foreseeable or preventable.
I received a letter of apology and some token presents (niblies and a bottle of sparkling water) which was very much appreciated.
Power fault was bad but the way the staff handled it was great. I would stay there again - no issues."
