"Tarek the manager sorted up a hiccup in my reservation in no time. They helped me book a taxi to the airport at 3.45 am. And have been helpful throughout. The kitchen is clean and always available for hot water. Will definitely stay again"

"I am not sure the staff are helpful, I asked the receptionist about taxi to airport next day, and how much will cost me roughly she said 60 euro that is 120 marks, I challenged her because on arrival to Sarajevo it costed me 50 marks only, so I arranged my own taxi next day costed me 40 marks only (20 euros). This was an example"

"The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town and within walking distance of many major historical landmarks. It was also conveniently located near public transportation and directly across from a taxi stand, which was extremely useful when we needed to get to the bus station at 5:00 a.m. (taxi cost approx 5 euros on the meter). The property is approximately a 10-minute drive from the train station, with a taxi costing around €10. Damir was an incredible host—very responsive, helpful, and happy to provide recommendations based on what we were looking for. His communication leading up to and throughout our stay was excellent. He even told me that if I had trouble finding a taxi at 4:30 a.m., I could call him. Thankfully, I didn't need to, but the gesture was incredibly kind, genuine, and much appreciated. The building itself feels a little gloomy when you first enter, but as you make your way up the stairs, it becomes noticeably more modern and welcoming. Our room and bathroom were both very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay in the heart of the Old Town."
