"Very good staff... Yet there are some outsiders I'm guessing or it could've been someone staying there that particular evening that are disrespectful of the property... Whomever bought food at the Chick Fila restaurant, but ate in the hotel parking lot, then through the food on the property ground & left it there... I don't know who it was but whoever it was are scum... The staff/maintenance obviously do walk arounds because it gone within the next 24 hrs when I came out.. Other than that, it was a good stay for me... I will definitely come back... "

"I initially booked through expedia for the wrong dates and immediately contacted them to make a change. Expedia told me they tried reaching the hotel multiple times but received no response and as a result i was still charged for the first night as a cancelation fee. This was disappointing. During our stay, there were 4 of us in one room and we needed clean towels the next day(like everyday). When we asked housekeeping, the employee told us our room wasn't scheduled for service until day 3 and was quite rude about it. We ended up having to go down to the lobby ourselves to request clean towels. On top of thay we checked out midweek when the hotel was nearly empty and requested a late checkout but it was denied. The explanation given was that it was because we booked through Expedia, whixh felt unreasonable. Overall the experience was disappointing and we will not choose to stay here again. "

Aucunement amicale. Pour le reste, tout était parfait, j'y retournerais dans hésitation. Je n'ai pas déjeuné sur place."

"No complaints regarding our one night stay. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast offered several choices and ample seating. Staff member checking us in, who we interacted with several times during our stay, was welcoming, personable, efficient and the reason I would definitely return when in the Wake Forest area. "Overall this a an awesome hotel to stay at whether you’re traveling for business reason or personal reasons. I have stayed at this establishment on multiple occasions because of the staff and property. My last stay was an horrible experience and when ask to speak with the manager no one was available. I would stay again but never on the 4th floor room 421 the lights completely went out 4 times over a 2 day stay. Overall nice property and the Mexican restaurant in walking distance is A-1"
