"Really great hotel if you are transitting via JNB airport as we were. Staff were welcoming, hotel was clean airy bright and modern. Our room was clean and comfortable We were able to check in on arrival which was great too. Food selection was very good and the buffet breakfast was excellent!"

"We spend a week, the room was excellent with very clean even checked under bed was very clean, the staffs were excellent with a good customer service, all amenities were replenished every single day they cleaned our room. They even went an extra mile to tidy up our stuffs in the room. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Nice chefs,waiters, I will never forget Naomi from the reception for her first impression when we checked in,and Aupa the driver who made our trips and tours from town to town with a VIP service. "I stayed in one of the Superior Rooms. Presented well, clean, maintained well. Housekeeping staff and Reception staff as well as Room Service were quick to act on requests. Had also booked a separate room for family visiting South Africa on a different floor. Happy with service and will definitely be back. Tulu and Thuli (Chef) in the restaurant, Moeketse in the bar area, you guys were wonderful. One Maintenance gentlemen, I have to mention - changed the safe batteries for me, he was very kind and so respectful throughout our stay. Overall - Impressed. ❤️ "
