"Front desk staff not friendly or welcoming, more like I am just here to do my job and go home. No smiles, no good morning, nada. Comp breakfast nice enough to get you going in the a.m., no lobby to lounge while waiting for transport. Location is great, rooms are nice with small closet space. Hotel is quiet and newly remodeled."

"Very high service orientation and effective communication are my highlights. With an AI disruption environment, human service is still needed, and of high quality. Definitely my family will come back. "

"Overall the stay was good, one thing I would change is the showers. The water pressure was terrible but it got my hair clean. The more frustrating part about it was that the curtains were cloth and the water leaked onto the floor no matter what. It would also be nice if they had drawers for clothes instead of cabinet shelves. Also the closet itself was severely lacking in space. Other than that it was convient, clean and quiet."

"Staff were very helpful and nice. Very understanding when i realized I forgot my physical debit and had somw difficulty figuring out how i was going to check in. However the hvac units in the rooms are old and hardly function. I was given another room because the hvav did not work at all but the hvac in the 2nd room was working but felt like it was on its last leg. Luckily it was only hot on the first night and the other nights were fine."
