"This is a great location if you do not want to stay in a crowded area. Easy to use water bus to get around. Quiet at night but does have some early morning noise with grocery store 7:00. Property managers on site and very helpful."

"Very close to an easy bus ride to Venice."

"This was a great little apartment. Super cute decorations, had all the basic amenities one would need. Once you take the water taxi from Venice over to Murano island, everything is walkable. I loved the restaurants and all the glass shops. I would highly recommend this little apartment. Exceptional neighbors."

"Highly recommend this place"

"We were in Venice for 1 night and needed to be by the airport and wanted quick access to sightseeing. This was excellent for both. It was very clean and comfortable. Host was very communicative and helpful. Will definitely be back."

"We stayed at this location for 2 nights and it was a perfect place for a quiet rest. We were able to enjoy the restaurants in the neighborhood and the roof view was beautiful."

"Great location, modern and very comfortable apartment, but too many mosquitoes in the bedroom slightly spoiled the experience."

"Nice, spacious place located in a great area."

"Very hospital couple that helped us throughout our trip and departure. "

"Great flat, quiet, everything clean, new, and modern. Great location and good communication. Only negatives: bed was a little too firm and flat is up 2 flights of stairs with no lift. But it is Venice... ❤️"

"Wonderful place, wonderful location and super wonderful host, Alessandro! You will be pleased with the neighborhood, restaurants and fewer tourists!"

"This was an amazing stay while we were on our honeymoon! Everything was clean and beautiful. The area was very convenient with a water bus stop 30 seconds away that will take you to Venice, a grocery store right there and plenty of dining and shopping in the area. We could not have been happier with the accommodations and highly recommend others to stay there as well. This was hands down one of the nicest places we stayed, you won't find a better deal in the area!"

"They resolved relatively quickly the issue that we had with the gas. Great location. Decent mattress. Air-conditioning working. Essentials in the kitchen. Not a proper view of the canal, the windows is for a neighbour and if you put your head out you can see the canal. Awesome stay, we hope to come back soon."

"Nice reasonably priced bachelor apartment. Good location. Clean. Laundry machine was a plus. Kitchenette was handy too."

"The room was clean and staffs are friendly."
