The complimentary breakfast was great as well! It saved us having to buy another meal, as food is incredibly expensive in Venice. The staff were very kind and helpful! "We had a very early checkout due to our flight and we had to book a water taxi to get off the island at 3AM. The gentleman in the lobby had slept in the lobby and helped us get safely to our boat! Great location and great staff, highly recommend!"

"The staff is amazing Massimo, and Dario came through with last-minute airport transportation arrangements and were very helpful. The full breakfast was delicious and the hotel’s location was convenient near San Marco square. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was noise from people in the upper floors and hallway, but overall it was a very good experience. "
