"Good good excellent staff helpful breakfast very good"

"Awful experience. Left a day early as had no sleep due to faulty and noisy radiator. Hotel it self is run down and needs a good tidy up. Went to the bar for some drinks, no staff around and 80s cocktail bar music blaring, not a great atmosphere to relax and chat with friends. I emailed the hotel twice before we arrived and also once after our stay to complain. No reply on either times!! "

"Clean room staff very helpful,Bar is very nice serve and friendly in different room Breakfast is all there very nice. But when stayed in No 1 (McNeil) toilet you can get WiFi but you out of toilet you can’t have it! And when outside doorway about 8pm and early morning can’t see get a light on see where I am going!"

"Very comfortable bed. Pleasant staff. Great location and handy to have parking on site which was £10 for the night. We were in room 305 and a bit of noise from people shouting in the street in the middle of the night. Not the hotels fault and to be expected when you right in city centre. Breakfast was decent. "

"Lovely staff, very nice and helpful. Nice central location, easily walkable to dining, shopping, and sights. Room was dated, nothing like pictures on website, but nonetheless it was clean and cleaning service was provided daily. A bit pricey but overall a good experience. "
