"It was my first time to stay at this place, but have visited Burgas many many times before. The place has a modern design and is very clean. Staff are very friendly. I don't know why I couldn't find this marvelous place before. Maybe they are new on Hotels.com "

"So.. I had to even ask for toilet paper at the reception because they did not even clean my room once per day, i paid 300euros for 6 nights and it was way too much.. Tv didn't work, there was alot of ants on the floor, i had no kitchen suplies, even though i had paid for all of these things to be there. They even said that i would be having nice bathroon and bathtub, but the reality was far from that.. Surroundings at the hotel were bad, thrash everywhere and there was 4-6 kittens inside...
