"This hotel was essentially perfect for all our needs. The only detractor was location, and that's only in that the closest tube station is a 10-minute walk, and if you or someone you are travelling with has accessibility issues, that walk can feel like a task. Otherwise, the location is great, the rooms are quiet, and the staff was of great help and support! "

"The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and nice at check in. Something to be aware of - the noise from the street was quite loud during the night. However I travel with earplugs and was expecting that in a hotel so central in London, so it didn’t cause me any major issues. The heater also wasn’t very warm but the room wasn’t super cold without it. The location is great, a very short walk to King’s Cross, and about a half hours walk into Soho/the west end if you’re in town for theatre!"

"Overall great experience at Strand Palace. Fabulous location in Covent Garden with access to restaurants, stores, theatre and three different Underground stations each within 1/4. Lovely, clean and updated rooms and lobby. Staff very helpful. Breakfast great and plentiful. I would stay again there for sure. "

"The beds in this place are of poor quality, we had two room moves made no difference. Cannot fault location or restaurant on site. Parking is £40 a night. "
