"This was the best hotel of our trip, really comfortable and relaxing, clean ,warm & welcoming. Chuchin , the manager , was very helpful and informative & all the staff were friendly & attentive . Great and not. This is really up hill on an árbol, without power, dry toilet facility with an exceptional welcoming from Hotess Alicia, she’ll cook for you if requested totally recommend. It was hard to go up hill with a carryon but my meal “Cordero” with integral rice it was amazing, spending the night there was a lifetime experience. Then wake up to a relax breakfast she prepared for us! THANK YOU ALICIA from your Cuban guests

The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful.
