"The room was clean and quiet. I liked the balcony but expected to see the falls from my room but could not. The desk chair seat was fraying. And part of the wall in bathroom was peeling. The city is a tourist area. But the hotel did not provide details. Did not have a complimentary breakfast."

"The staff were very good and helpful. Our room was good, except for the bed. It was much to soft. Had a fantastic view of the falls and the shower and jetted tub was great!! Spa (thermal pool) experience was disappointing. In both of the warm and hot pools very few of the jets worked. We had more jet power in our room tub. The regular hotel pool and hot tub were really nice though."
