"Property is under extensive renovations. The staff coped with this amazingly. Biggest issue was no lifts and having to manage the stairs daily even though we were imformed pre visit and offered help with luggage. In the circumstances though we had a great stay . Rooms clean quiet and staff very good . Parking easy and affordable. All in all lots more positive than the inconvenience. Thanks"

"Overnight stay and visit to Open Air Theatre to see Gary Barlow on a perfect summer's evening! Great event, great setting. Bike and Boot a great stay though extended bar opening would be much appreciated by many after the walk from the event."
