"What a joke! The hotel cancelled on me right before we were due to stay because of an apparent leak. I think managed to book a different hotel at twice the price as it was so last minute. Hucknall house has now blocked my phone number and I still am waiting for a refund. "

"Lovely boutique hotel with great decor. Superb city center location Nice white company amenities. Super friendly staff. Every interaction with everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. Appreciated reasonable late check out charge. Easily this hotel is a 4* not a 3. Very impressed"
