At check-in, the apartment was extremely dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. It was impossible to stay there, and it’s also very far from the city center. I truly hope to receive a full reimbursement."

"Outstanding stay"

"This was a really lovely place to stay! Close to grocery stores, trams, and lovely parks to lounge in. Perhaps a touch on the expensive side, however, at the drop of a hat they sent us up more towels, coffee pods, and dish soap. I love that kind of personal service when we’re abroad. Bedroom and bathroom(s) are downstairs, with everything else up a flight of stairs, so if there are mobility issues, I wouldn’t recommend. Thank you guys so much for having us!!"

"Excellent apartment location for a longer stay in Vienna. Very spacious and comfortable with a kitchenette and washer that fulfills all the needs of a family. Grocery store and restaurants nearby, two different metro lines within 10 minutes from the property. Great instructions on how to check in, well kept property. Would stay there again. "
