"It was a really nice hotel with friendly staff and comfortable beds. And I loved the pool. Food was nice. I only have one complaint I ordered a Margherita pizza the other day and when I ate it, it had so much hot sauce/spice and couldn't really eat it and Margherita is tomato sauce not got sauce. But apart from that everything was great and you were all very helpful and kind. "

"While this hotel was still great value for money, there was a significant amount of things thay were not as advertised. The booking should have included a welcpme drink and boasts about having both a swim up bar and restaurant bar, but neither of these bars exist now. It also advises a restaurant abd 24h room service but the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The resort looks as though when it was built it would have been beautiful but I presume COVID hit this place hard.."

"Location of Hotel is good. Very Close to Airport and Main Kuta Market. Supermart and McDonalds is at walking distance. In house Spa add value into it. Quality of rooms is not upto the mark. There is smell in rooms. Staff is friendly. Roof Top Restaurant is awesome."
