"Nice apartment about 15-20 minute walk from the train station. The property is clean and well maintained. We were there during a busy weekend with lots of stuff going on in the local town which was nice to experience the culture. Elisa was very welcoming and helpful with all her recommendations. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in La Spezia! The location was ideal—easy to walk to local main sights, shops, and restaurants. Short walking distance from the train station, that takes you to the 5 towns in Cinque Terra. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, especially a laundry machine. The host was welcoming and made everything simple. We’d happily stay here again!"

"Like many oarts of La Spezia the surrounding area is not well maintained for parks, gardens and walkways. The unit itself is comfortable but the toilet/bathroom is a bit cramped. You need to be able to walk or catch the bus to get to more central areas. For us it was good 👍 "

"From the beginning, the host was friendly, communicative and responsive. When we arrived, he was very helpful throughout the check-in process and gracious with the apartment amenities. Aside from being very clean, the apartment has a balcony with a nice view of the gardens up the hill, and the street below. The kitchen was well-equipped with ample space around the dining table."

"The room was not ready when we arrived. We waited an hour and half in the foyer for them to clean the apartment. There was no soap the fridge didn’t work it froze our food. The bedding was dirty the blankets were stained and no clean blankets were available. No kitchen towels. The lady was difficult to deal with and did not respond to our requests.
