"It was the worst experience ever. I took my whole family from Texas and Virginia (13 of us total) for a 4-day weekend and ended up leaving the next day. Our rooms were old and dirty. This place needs to be updated. I will never recommend this place to anybody I know. The surrounding area was awful. They let the dogs run and pooped around the beach. Owners don't clean up after their pets. We will never book this place again. The website is misleading."

The hotel is very clean, the staff is amazingly helpful. I particularly likes its location because its on one end of 'the strip,' vice in the middle so its closer to the water, only a 10-15 minute walk, yet its next to all the bars and music venues. If you want on the water, you're going to pay. But if you want an economical, very clean hotel that is smack dab in the middle of the action (bars on your left, water on your right) then this is it. Waze was so helpful in locating the place and led us away from the tricycles on our way out. Parking is outside the resort without a guard though the resort staff said its safe and they have cctv. Wish they will get a guard. We felt that the price of the rooms are regulated to the sea location. So from a deluxe with two bedrooms (room is only 10sqm) we had to upgraded our accomodation to a room with a private bathroom; good thing there was one available. Food are in restaurant price...
