They surprised us by delivering a cake with a sparkler to our room and even sang happy birthday—such a thoughtful gesture! A special shoutout to the amazing room service team: Antony, Federico, and Sergio—thank you for making our stay so memorable! On our second-to-last day, we enjoyed a lovely lunch at Agua Marina. The views were absolutely stunning, and our waiter, Rafael, was incredibly friendly. We had a great conversation with him about different cities in Mexico, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing we regret is not taking advantage of the spa. We were initially interested, but the prices felt a bit steep. That said, while we were relaxing by the pool, the spa team came around and offered complimentary 5-minute massages—and they were amazing!"
