"Overall good for 1 night, but due to the holiday weekend it was very busy with kids so the pool was not really accessible, even later. Not the hotel's fault and they made sure they had plenty of staff and food during the night reception and breakfast. "

"Just beware of extra fees $150 to park then another $75 for the dog. Also by the train station lots of transient people around. It was clean and close to where we needed to be. Would probably stay at an airbnb next time. The price was good till all the fees were added on. n fees is alot!!"

"Breakfast was amazing and the both night and day shifts of the front desk were great! The only negative was one of our window's blackout shades was missing."

"We did not have any hot water for our entire trip elevators kept breaking stranding us on the elevator. Then when checking out elevators were down completely and had to walk down nine flights of stairs with our luggage. "

"The overall aesthetics of the room was great, however there was a smell in the unit which took away from the appearance. The smell was that of sour mildew indicating that maybe the carpet had not been vacuumed or shampooed in a while. Also the furniture had a bunch it knicks and scrapes on them and the fabric on sofa in the room was also dirty. Some water spilled on the cushion and the towel was really dirty after just pressure was applied to soak up the water. Also upon arrival the elevator was down and the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor while they offered a refund without penalty, I’d driven over 2hrs to get there and that should have been my sign of things to come. "

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. They moved me to a different room after I let them know the TV in my room wasn’t working. The only problem I had was that there was a party in the lobby/bar area one night and the security guard stopped me as I was getting off the elevator to go to the lobby where the snack bar is. He told me the party was at capacity and I couldn’t enter the lobby. However, that is the only entrance to the snack bar too. I had to explain that I was a guest and wasn’t there to attend the party, and he finally let me into the area. It was a very uncomfortable interaction. "
