"The property was nice and we were warmly greeted. We had a room next to the elvatla which we did not care do as you can hear the elevators running. Also the room, while clean, had a musty smell. "

"The experience was terrible. Hotel is so dated and in dire need of a massive overhaul. The restaurant sucks. Front desk is not helpful and needs to be trained properly. The attitude overall is tired and like you’re a nuisance. Arguably one of the worst hotels I stayed at. And it says it’s a 4 star hotel is comical. A 3 star is a stretch. Stay far away. Never again will me or my companies employees stay at Hyatt regency. "

"Staff, room and amenities were great. Walls were so thin I heard the entire conversations in the room next to mine (they weren’t yelling). It was an adjoining room so request not to be in one of those and it should be fine. Otherwise hotel was great. "

"Room clean but this stay was disappointed by upkeep of the room and a bathroom door had to slam 4-5 times to get it to shut. Just not the same experience I have had several times before staying. Inside room with view of a wall and a bit claustrophobic feel. Short stay but let front desk know of my comments and lack of a do not disturb sign where then bothered by knocking of housekeeping 35 mins before check out. Would be nice to have these in rooms as have had in past. Just seemed was in a "quick deal lower service" part of hotel this stay. "
