She is incredibly skilled, attentive, and made me feel completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It was truly one of the best spa treatments I’ve ever had. We were also lucky enough to plan a rehearsal dinner and Welcome drink experience with Chiara. She went above and beyond to make sure we knew all of our options and plans for our wedding celebration coming up. Her attention to detail, warmth, and thoughtful hospitality made everyone feel welcome and at ease. She’s truly a gem. The grounds of the hotel are stunning, with sweeping views of Lake Varese and an atmosphere that feels both tranquil and grand. "This is a great hotel just about 15 minutes away from the shore & centre. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Reception and breakfast staff were very nice and friendly. But our favourite was the rooftop bar and pool with the excellent service from Gaetano! He is a very attentive gentleman who made us very welcome and guessed our needs we didn’t know we had. "
