"We only stayed one night, but from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast options were very varied and well prepared. Also, we unfortunately discovered that we had left some items at the hotel when we got home. We contacted the hotel, and the front office staff were really helpful. They looked into the matter, found the items, and notified us. It was such a relief, and their great service much appreciated. "We had a great stay at Bartley Lodge after visiting Peppa Pig world inside Paultons Park Family of four: two adults and two kids age 3 and 7 - both autistic so they are loud and a bit restless waiting, but we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay. The lady managing the dining room brought them colours and books for the table to play with as the conservatory had less WiFi signal for watching cartoons. Great breakfast options really filling and fresh including the usual familiar cereal and toast and juice The room was comfortable, with enough space for all of us. The children were provided with fold out mini-beds that were made up with bedding. They slept comfortably. Our bed was comfortable and cosy The bathroom had a bath with a shower over the top. Soap and shower gel provided with big thick towels. The only thing missing was a wash cloth but we made do We were quite warm in the night but we did not want to leave the window open while we slept incase the children tried to climb through (traditional lift-up window). The grounds were beautiful and we had short walk around in the morning to say hi to the sheep and cows roaming the fields which was a lovely touch Overall it was a lovely stay and we would come again and recommend it to friends and family wanting to stay in the area. "
