"We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!"

"Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."

"It is not a bad place. The place need to be cleaned properly when someone leaves. A potato and a bottle of milk was left in the fridge. I threw the potato away as it was smelling but did not tough the milk. I think a shower curtain may help to prevent the bathroom tiles getting wet. Thankshe milk. "

"A superb property that provided everything for our group of eight. Within walking distance of city centre and close to local shops, pubs and bars etc., An excellent hamper provided a very welcoming sight on our arrival after a long journey. Would highly recommend this property, definitely a home from home"

"They cancelled my stay after I had already turned up in Cardiff, pretending that I had booked on another day. I ended up having to sleep in my car during freezing temperatures. It’s now almost two weeks later and I still haven’t had a refund so I’m posting a review. "

"Sleeping rooms are ok but the property overall makes a worn, in some places very worn impression. In some places the paint is flaking off the walls. The yard is a wilderness with rubbish and cigarette buds galore - really disgusting. In terms of value for money this is by far the worst ranking place on this trip. We had much better for a quarter of the price. "

"We weren't provided with any check in information at all and I had to chase for it on the day of travel There was no property information provided in the premises at all meaning we couldn't make the TV work. There was no hot water - apparently the boiler had been turned off. We were told this after we had checked out. The shower controller was broken so if there had been hot water we wouldn't have known which way to turn the dial I asked several times for information about where I should park...

"We had such a lovely time in Cardiff, the rental was in a great location. Great house, clean, and good communication with the host! "

"Pain free check in - great communication from Switchback Stays from booking to arrival and even beyond. Great house close to Cardiff City Centre - we walked in and back. Nice touches with Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, Washing up liq and kitchen bits and bobs provided. House was clean and although not mentioned downstairs bedroom so ideal if travelling with someone with limited mobility.
