"We weren't provided with any check in information at all and I had to chase for it on the day of travel There was no property information provided in the premises at all meaning we couldn't make the TV work. There was no hot water - apparently the boiler had been turned off. We were told this after we had checked out. The shower controller was broken so if there had been hot water we wouldn't have known which way to turn the dial I asked several times for information about where I should park...

"Booked this stay with the promise of parking but when we arrived there was no where to stop or park in the street or neigbouring streets. I contacted the owner and was told to park in council parking 17 mins away. A very hostile neigbourhood so had to go and find another last minute stay in next town. No help from Stayz either."

"Sleeping rooms are ok but the property overall makes a worn, in some places very worn impression. In some places the paint is flaking off the walls. The yard is a wilderness with rubbish and cigarette buds galore - really disgusting. In terms of value for money this is by far the worst ranking place on this trip. We had much better for a quarter of the price. "

"Pain free check in - great communication from Switchback Stays from booking to arrival and even beyond. Great house close to Cardiff City Centre - we walked in and back. Nice touches with Shampoo, Conditioner, Shower Gel, Washing up liq and kitchen bits and bobs provided. House was clean and although not mentioned downstairs bedroom so ideal if travelling with someone with limited mobility. Parking is limited - as in outside the property - 1st night we parked in next street but able to move...

"Booking was made 8 months in advance however 1 month before I was advised it had been double booked. We were offered an alternative property by the owners. Limited parking was available and we had to park 1 of our cars 20 minutes walk away which was not ideal. Communication was excellent throughout and the alternative accommodation appeared comparable to what we had originally booked.
