This particular property hangs in the middle with the best value for its price point. It’s clean, working AC, working TV and the staff is friendly. There’s a mall with a grocery store close by along with restaurants and a vibrant nightlife. Family life and red-light district elements collide here, but everyone just stays in their lane."
