"Room was nice. Paid Guide sent for museum tour arranged by hotel was terrible. She seemed more bothered than informative; and some of her "Egyptology" knowledge was very incorrect related to exhibits at new museum. Food at hotel was awful. Poorly managed and staffed. Definitely not the same as when we stayed there a few years ago."

"Staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating and kind. The room was very clean and I liked the special touches from Egypt. There was a little language barrier which is expected. Th downfalls is that none of the amenities worked. The tv wasn’t and Wi-Fi both weren’t working. This is a nosy section with screaming kids until at least 1AM. The rooftop view was incredible!"
