"Where to start with this place... Honestly, such a hidden gem, set in a very tranquil countryside farm setting. What they've done with the hotel is amazing, a 400+ year old chapel (finca) which has been tastefully renovated and now serves as a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was amazing, welcomed us warmly it was like visiting a family member that you haven't seen for a long time. "An absolutely unforgettable stay! By far the best hotel experience we've ever had, everything from the beautiful building, amenities, food and the incredible staff. Our room was even better than we imagined and every detail was thought of, the little welcome snacks and wine in the room were a lovely touch. "The staff was truly good. The only issue was parking. We parked at nite and did not see the orange line painted on the blacktop and the usual no parking sign (a P with a slash) was not present...so there is a placard at the front desk re: the parking but we overlooked it and paid the ticket that a number of cars got...the menu and bkfst were really good with everything one could ask for"

"Great location, great room!!!! Door lock had an issue, fixed but had to slam all week. Front desk staff not great. Asked for an extra night and was told to wait to the following day as reservation staff had gone home. Be aware there is no early or late food or drinks and they invalidate your room key before the 11 am checkout"

"Beautiful resort and amazing room; we will definitely come back again - we got the deluxe one bedroom suite and it was perfect for me, my husband and our 3yr old toddler; food is incredible and lots of options (recommend reserving ahead for dinner) - the all inclusive is definitely great as you don’t even need to sign anything, you show up, eat and leave which is great esp for kids who can be unpredictable at the dinner table ; beaches are shallow with extremely calm water which is great for little kids and the pools are great - esp the family one - the only suggestion for the resort is to add more golf carts for transport but overall we definitely felt like we were in a 5 star luxury resort"
