"Overall the hotel was beautiful and certainly kept clean. Bedding and towels were great quality and it was well looked after. There was always space on a lounger and the beach towels were a great size.
The thing that let it down slightly was there was no service for drinks at the pools, you had to get up and order. This was especially annoying at the beach bar as there wasn’t really anywhere to wait and it often felt like you were in the way. It was also disappointing that the beach bar didn’t...
"Property is located near an amazing beach with close access to a great variety of restaurants & activities. Also features great in-house amenities- numerous pools, including an indoor one; activity court - for tennis, basketball, etc. ; spa; restaurants; musical entertainment; kids club, etc. The only negative are the rooms - low quality mattress, bedding, towels, bathroom set up (see thru doors!)."
"The hotel is in an excellent central location near the harbour with a great outdoor pool area to the rear.
Our room was a mountain view with balcony and although dated was very large and clean with good variables on the air-conditioning. Sun loungers were always available, would definitely recommend for the price point."
"Overall myself and my partner had one of the most amazing stays. We were there for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was the most relaxing and perfect stay! Not only did we not have to leave once as everything we needed was in the hotel, but was also greeted and welcomed by such kind and friendly staff members! Our room was incredibly clean and the views were just out of this world! Can’t wait to be back next year!"
"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Sommerurlaub! Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Bucht Cala Egos bei Cala d’Or, mit traumhaft klarem Wasser. Die Bucht ist öffentlich und gut besucht, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Empfang war herzlich, das Personal überall sehr freundlich. Mit dem Mietwagen konnten wir gut am Hotel parken.
Besonders empfehlen wir „My Favorite Club“. Für uns hat sich der Aufpreis absolut gelohnt: Zimmer im Nebengebäude näher am Meer, ein eigener Lounge-Bereich mit Getränken und...
"The employees greeted us very friendly and welcomed us to the Resort.
Very clean and beautiful Resort with a Great Restaurant that serves great food and great breakfast.
We will be back for sure."
"The hotel was very clean, modern decor and comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at points. Pool area was great and provided shade with no problems with getting a sunbed. Issues were the parking, only a few spaces available, parking had to be on street which was often hard to find. The location is a few miles from main centre so would need a car. Also be careful when booking with Expedia as they advertise rooms with a sea view and this is not the case"
