No AC , so if it is very hot just deal with it old way- fan and open windows. Very nice restaurant right next to beach as well. Very yummy grilled vegetables and reasonable price. "We definitely will be back. Our first time in the part of Mallorca but wondering how we've missed it until now. At the quiet end of town but everything you'll need is 5 to 10 minutes walk. Plenty to do but you can just as easily sit on the veranda and watch the ever changing view. Apartment clean, tidy and for the main part well equipped. Only criticisms would be the lack of cloth or sponge to wipe down kitchen surfaces, the sweeping up brush kept falling off the handle and the parasol on the...

"Die Finca liegt gut 1 km von Artà entfernt, das man man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein Auto ist für den Einkauf (Trinkwasser) hilfreich. In der Finca ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Man kann gut draußen sitzen. Zu hören sind nur die Tiere, es gibt keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn, nur wenig Autoverkehr. Trotz teilweise schlechtem Wetter (Regen, Bewölkung) hat der Strom für uns gereicht. Bei Regen fehlte uns allerdings ein überdachter Außenbereich - die Ausrichtung ist eher auf schönes...

"We hosted 22 people (at maximum) in the finca and always had plenty of individual space. There was parking for 5 cars which we really appreciated. More than enough crockery, facilities, dishwashers... they had thought of everything. We had a wonderful week and would love to return soon. Ury was an efficient correspondent and Ewa (property manager) was very helpful and accommodating of logistics. 10/10!"
