Staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was simply delightful. Lots of choice love the fresh Majorcan selection Valet Parking for Cars and Minibar included with our room. After eating in the hotel, we also ate in local restaurants which were also very nice to try a visit to the local castle in Capdepera lunch in the village after strolling round the market on a Wednesday."

"Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good. We have been on numerous occassiobs and updating of Esmeralda park is to a very high standard. "

"We had the most wonderful holiday at HSM Calas Park! The hotel is fantastic, it’s in such a perfect location, near to the most beautiful beach, loads of great shops, bars etc. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The all inclusive options are great, lots of choice of drinks, including cocktails. The food is pretty good too, although I did get a bit bored after a few days but there’s other places to eat nearby. You need to remember your plastic cup otherwise they charge €1 for a new one. There are quite a lot of steps, which I actually quite like as it’s my only exercise while I was there but maybe not good if you have mobility issues. I personally enjoyed walking down to the pool and back up for lunch etc. All the staff are amazing, I even called the hotel a few times leading up to our stay to ask questions and they sorted everything I asked them. They were so friendly and welcoming. The animation team were great for activities throughout the day and entertainment at night. This was my second time, I’ve never been back to the same place twice before and I would absolutely come again. Thank you guys!"
